FlagMan! is a small Second Sight/RRH utility that will allow sysops to define SYSTEMx.MSGs as “read once Per-Day”! This is very useful if you have a daily bulletin that you would rather have users see only once per day, but because of the SS/RRH limitation, your users are forced to look at the same daily bulletin every time they call. But, now, with FlagMan!, you no longer have this restriction!

Setup Instructions:
To setup FlagMan! follow these steps.
1. Double-Click FlagMan! and hold down the mouse button. Set the
options and press Okay!.
2. Drop FlagMan! in the folder with Second Sight.
3. Add FlagMan! to your Tabby event chain. Usually after you create
the daily bulletin, or at midnight.
4. In ConfigEdit, set the messages to be shown once per day, as
Read Once.
That's it! And, if you don't use Tabby, then just make FlagMan! the program to
launch for external events in ConfigEdit!
